Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?
A: Normally it takes 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order has been processed, your shipment should arrive within 3-5 days. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days based on where you are located. Depending on any delays USPS may have, it may take longer than 3-5 days.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to Covid-19 we do NOT accept any returns once they have been delivered to you. If there has been a mistake on your order please go to the Contact page and send your information; Order Number & Name. *Please note you may only do this within the first 24-48 hours/ or if your order has NOT been shipped out yet. Once you get your shipping confirmation email and it's in the hands of USPS, we cannot accept the return. Also note if USPS loses your shipment or has any damage we CANNOT issue a refund. If the shipment gets sent back to us, you will have to pay another shipping fee.
